Chanel N°5 Eau de Parfum Purse Spray
If we were to ask you to name a never-goes-out-of-style fragrance, you’d likely say Chanel N°5. Though the powdery floral, ideated around notes of neroli, May rose, aldehydes, and bourbon vanilla, has been in high demand since its 1921 launch, Chanel continues to find ways to give this classic scent new life. For example, this year, they debuted this adorable purse spray that features three vials of the eau de parfum which can be housed in a sleek case adorned with a wearable gold chain. Vogue editors were immediately taken by this, and we’re certain your giftee will be, too.
Bottega Veneta Andiamo Intrecciato bag
Classic and trendy all at once, Bottega Veneta’s Andiamo bag is a staple found on the arms of almost all industry insiders, and celebs for that matter. With a roomy fit to comfortably store all her purse essentials, it’s a true heirloom-in-the-making handbag that will last for seasons in her closet, and not just for right now. You can never go wrong with a chic new carryall, as we like to say.
Dorsey Lucien White Sapphire Earrings
Dorsey is the name on every jewelry enthusiasts’ lips, beloved for its sparkling lab-grown tennis necklaces to these white sapphire earrings, below. At an under-$300 price point, this top gift looks and feels like a splurge without ever breaking the bank. She can wear hers dressed up with a party-ready mini and kitten-heel pump or down with a simple white tee and jeans.
J.Crew Cashmere Crewneck Sweater
Cherry red continues to dominate our seasonal shopping carts—at this point, it’s just another neutral. Sought after for their luxurious (and affordable!) cashmere, J.Crew’s crewneck sweater belongs on several Vogue editors wish lists, from Vogue’s Executive Fashion Director, Lisa Aiken to fashion editor, Mai Morsch. Wrapping tip? Keep things in the color family and tie hers up with a sweet red bow!
Dyson Special Edition Airwrap Multi-Styler
Are any of us surprised that the Dyson Airwarp has landed on our top gifts list for the second year in a row? Well, we aren’t. The coveted multi-styler remain’s one of the industry’s most impressive hair tools, which is why it’s still so sought after. The brand’s Coandă effect powers its styling capabilities—managing to dry and style hair with minimal heat damage unique a air flow system. The device arrives in a set with seven attachments, though the long barrel wands are our favorite for curling, whereas the brushes make raking through full manes a quick process. And if its tackling flyaways, there’s an attachment for that too. And in this limited edition strawberry pink hue, how could one resist?
Khaite Benny belt
No cool-girls wardrobe could be complete without Khaite’s silver-studded leather belt. Vogue Shopping’s own senior editor, Talia Abbas, wears hers almost weekly with everything from tailored black trousers to lived-in blue jeans. The prized piece is also a given during fashion month where the street style scene shows off theirs front and center. The ultimate classic with a twist, keep her closet up to date (and forever in style!) this holiday season with the below leather luxury from Khaite.
Westman Atelier Lip Suede Matte Lipstick Trio
We haven’t seen people rally around a new lipstick in the way the masses took to Westman Atelier’s. Founded by legendary makeup artist Gucci Westman, her line introduced its first lipstick collection Lip Suede—in a matte finish no less, signifying to many that smoother, non-glossy finishes are back and better than ever. But instead of the dry, flaky mattes of our youth, these go on buttery soft and manage to cushion lips in peptides, hyaluronic acid, and botanical extracts for a hydrated, plump pout.
Chanel Rectangle Sunglasses
Our dressing mood this year lent more mature, stealth, and effortlessly elegant than ever before. With style inspiration coming from some our favorite fashion girls throughout history, like Carolynn Bessette-Kennedy, Jane Birkin, Lauren Santo Domingo, to even the Olsen twins, one elevated wardrobe essential always stood out in our research: A chic pair of black sunnies. With subtle gold embellishment and a flattering rectangle frame, she’ll look the part in this pair from Chanel.
Prada Suede and Shearling Slippers
’Tis the season for cozying up by a roaring fire, lounging in soft separates, and sipping on hot teas and whipped cream-topped cocoas! The one thing missing in each of these scenarios, though? Prada’s suede and shearling slippers. Bound to sell out fast, we recommend getting your hands on these sooner rather than later. They’re a welcome upgrade to the ones she’s likely had in her cold-weather wardrobe for years. Pro tip: Make sure to add a luxury pair of pajamas to your cart, too for a chic full look—if not, these can also be worn outside just the same.
Bottega Veneta Eau de Parfum
Bottega Veneta made waves last month when it unveiled Matthieu Blazy’s first fragrance collection. At first glance, the packaging is a sculpture to behold on its own—the organically shaped glass bottle is made to look like Venetian blown glass with air bubbles and all, topped with a gold rim and corked top, resting on none other than a weighty slab of Verde Saint Denis marble. Inside each bottle lies one of five scents, each inspired by scents from around the globe. When we tested them, Déjà Minuit was a favorite—offering a warm, aromatic spice via notes of winter lemon, cinnamon, cardamom, and geranium. For your giftee, take your pick of eau de parfums from the full collection, or simply pickup the Discovery Set to sample them all.
Tiffany x Elsa Peretti Small Bone Cuff
Who could refuse a chic piece of arm candy this holiday season? And the coolest choice of all, well that goes to Tiffany x Elsa Peretti’s silver bone cuff, of course. Thanks to jewelry brands like Agmes, CompletedWorks, Mejuri, and more, these sculptural cuffs are a minimalists dream that not only have the Vogue-editor seal-of-approval, but the runway one, too, as seen at Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Loewe. Tiffany x Elsa Peretti’s will add just a touch a shimmer and shine to even the most basic of looks. With this little blue box under her tree this year, you just can’t go wrong.
Miu Miu Fleece Down Jacket
Each season, you can always count on Miu Miu for an incredibly chic outerwear option. So far this year, there’ve been sumptuous suede blazers and preppy barn jackets to lust after. For winter, though, this funnel-neck, fleece-lined jacket is making its siren call heard! She can wear it zipped-up with a great jean and pair of boots for a casual off-duty look or with a sleek black legging and sneaker to a weekend workout class. As with any top gift, the stylistic opportunities are endless!
Loewe Toy Bead-Embellished Pumps
Earlier this season, we crowned ballet pumps as one of fall/winter 2024’s top shoe trends. The perfect hybrid between our trusty flats and a polished heel, Loewe’s floral-detailed, bead-embellished heels first debuted on the brand’s fall runways and have been an instant hit since. With festive season in full swing, this fabulous footwear find will top off any of her looks with a fashion flare.
Bottega Veneta Cashmere Blanket
Shopping for a piece of fashionable home decor for the stylishly inclined on your list? Give them a special something designed by one of their favorite ready-to-wear or accessory brands. In this case, we’ve been particularly obsessed with Matthieu Blazy from Bottega Veneta’s fringed cashmere blanket. We can promise its centerpiece-status in any home. Editor’s note: If your loved one was anything like us and completely enthralled by those Bottega Veneta bean bag chairs that acted as seating at the brand’s SS25 show but was ultimately unable to cop one before they sold out, this blanket will just have to do in their place.
Rhode The Pocket Blushes
You might be thinking: a blush is just a blush. But no, something about the new Rhode Pocket Blushes just hits different. Rich in peptides (like the rest of her line) and tamanu oil, Hailey Bieber delivers creamy, pigment-rich formulas that impart a warm burst of color with a single swipe. As the name and adorable packaging suggests, these are destined for on-the-go-use and can be easily blended with your fingers or with whichever brush you have on hand. There are six shades to choose from—Toasted Teddy is a fan-favorite bronze, while Piggy is a classic pink—all featured in this set.
Toteme Draped Fringed Bouclé Jacket
Typically, there are only a few items a season that make that transition from trend to certified wardrobe essential. From Copenhagen-based brand Toteme, this fringed scarf-like jacket is the perfect example. A two-in-one winter special, this chic camel style has been spotted on nearly all of our favorite street style stars, best worn buttoned-up with a go-to blue jean and pair of pointed-toe ankle boots. The fashion enthusiast in your life will be delighted to find this wrapped up under their tree!
The Row India 12.00 Bag
While we wait rather impatiently for The Row’s beloved Margaux tote to come back in stock, its ladylike, top-handle India bag is just as good an option. Large and luxurious, this hero handbag in a rich brown color will be her new everyday essential, from morning commutes to travel days. Feeling festive? Add a few bag charms in the mix for a playful and personalized touch.
Saint Laurent Logo-Embellished Suede Loafers
Fashion sourcer and Vogue contributor, Gab Waller, placed these Saint Laurent logo-embellished suede loafers at the top of her monthly Hot List, and needless to say, they were an instant sell-out. According to Waller, “We’ve all come to know and love the classic Saint Laurent loafer, but with the introduction of chocolate suede this season, it proved to me that this is a must-have.” For the loafer devotee on your list, it doesn’t get much better.
Mejuri Pavé Diamond Huggie Hoops
Sometimes the seasons best gifts come in small packages, like this pair of pavé huggie earrings from Mejuri. With prized pieces ringing in at under-$300, Mejuri is a jewelry brand that tops our holiday most-wanted list season after season. This year, of course, is no different.
Omnilux Contour Face Red Light Therapy Device
In beauty, I’d consider an LED face masks to be the most thoughtful gift because it can have a lasting, positive effect on overall skin health—making it well worth the investment. If they’re unfamiliar with this kind treatment, it uses different wavelengths of LED light to combat a wide range of skin concerns—from acne and dark spots to wrinkles and inflammation. Of the best, the Omnilux Contour Face rises to the top for its red and near-infrared light that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, pigmentation, and redness. Plus, it’s made from a flexible silicone that’s comfortable to wear throughout the duration of its 10-minute treatment.
Agnelle Susan Calf Hair Gloves
There is no denying the leopard-print mania that has taken over both the street style scene and the runways. So far, it’s been spotted (literally) on everything from slip skirts and outerwear to footwear and handbags. This holiday season, help her combat the sub-zero temperatures to come with a pair of leopard-print, calf-hair gloves from Agnelle. They’ll also add a playful pop to any outfit she has in mind, helping fight off any winter-weather wardrobe blues.
Savette Symmetry Pochette Tote
The contemporary handbag brand that belongs in every fashion-girls wardrobe? Savette, of course. And while their slouchy suede totes are a style no-brainer, this Symmetry Pochette top-handle bag is the undeniable standout. With details like glossy leather and an embellished gold clasp, it’s a style that’s versatile as it is stylish—she can wear it with a classic LBD for chic cocktail attire, with a white tee and jeans for a casual off-duty look, or with a tailored blazer and trousers for a twist on modern workwear. Like the aforementioned LBD, the Savette Symmetry Pochette has a similar eternal closet appeal, lasting for seasons to come in her wardrobe.
Smythson Soho Weekly Agenda
It’s almost the new year! Set her up for organized success with Smythson’s weekly agenda in a cherry red, croc-embellished leather. Several Vogue editors rely on its chic pages to keep them right on schedule and up-to-date. After all, at Vogue, being on time is considered late. Not to mention it looks effortlessly elegant on any desk or in any work tote.
Costa Brazil Vela Jungle Candle
Unsure what to gift that special someone? A tasteful candle is always a good idea. And fortunately, Costa Brazil makes one sure to impress even the chicest giftee. Though not the same scent as its sought-after eau de parfum (Aroma is one of my most-complimented scents), Vela Jungle is equally as transportive. Notes of white and black Breu resin, wild jungle flora, cypress root, and Brazilian vetiver places one straight into the Amazonian forest for a cozy, long-lasting scent sure to warm up any home.
Dries Van Noten Metallic Sneakers
Each year, there seems to be a rebirth of some classic sneaker style that ultimately ends up gaining mass traction and becoming the It shoe of the season. Thanks to brands like Dries Van Noten, The Row, and Miu Miu x New Balance, retro sneakers are a bonafide thing. And while we know it can be hard to replace your trusty Adidas Sambas, this metallic style, below, from Dries Van Noten is worth self-gift. Wear yours (because yes, you should also treat yourself to a top gift) à la Vogue’s fashion market and collaborations director, Willow Lindley, with a festive Fair Isle sweater and cool pair of corduroys.
Merit Retrospect L’Extrait de Parfum
If Merit’s makeup and skin-care products reimagine how the modern woman does her glam, its first perfume does the same with fragrance. To do so, the brand tapped French perfumer Fanny Bal, who after 200 iterations landed on Retrospect L’Extrait de Parfum. It has a vintage feel and the scent sort of changes with you throughout the day. An initial spray will reveal a more clean, floral touch via pear, rose, and ambrette, transforming into a more sultry, skin-like scent by nightfall—think vanilla, musk, moss, and jasmine. The bottle’s sculptural shape was conceived in collaboration with Completedworks’s artistic director, Anna Jewsbury.
Augustinus Bader The Skin Infusion
Any skin-care lover will always appreciate an Augustinus Bader gift. Instead of its Rich Cream (which you probably gifted them last year), consider its latest innovation: The Skin Infusion. Think of it as a four-week program for improved skin resiliency. Its TFC8 peptide complexion pairs with a vitamin D activator, vitamin B5, zinc PCA, and evening primrose oil to improve skin texture, tone, luminousity, and firmness over time. The texture is quite gentle, similar to a lightweight, milky cream so it’s best used after any face serum; and yes, you can even use it with retinol.
Olivia Von Halle Yves Silk-Satin Pajamas
Remember that luxury pair of pajamas we told you to wear with Prada’s suede and shearling slippers? This silk-satin burgundy set from Olivia Von Halle are the only ones to choose. With a sumptuous look and feel, she’ll feel as chic as she does comfortable.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit
A festive palette is always a delightful gift that remains useful year after year. It’s true—you can never have too many! The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit is a classic choice, available in five festive limited-edition designs—like the lotus flower motif here—and six different powder pigments to choose from for highlighting, blushing, and contouring.
