Tis the season for matching pajamas and you know what? I’m on board yet again. I did matching pjs when Gemma was a baby / toddler, but we kind of fell off…until this year. When in the month of September, in a completely unrelated conversation, she asked if we could wear matching Christmas pajamas this year. You bet we can, kiddo.
J.Crew was our pajama brand of choice and in true fashion we all match-match. I thought for a moment to do coordinating, but instead I went classic. So classic that I have a hard time telling which pajama are Bryan’s and which are mine after a good wash. (Don’t worry, I’ve since figured it out.) And absolutely no one asked, but I washed and hung to dry these cotton pajamas and they dried perfectly and fast. I tend to hang most of my nicer clothes anyways just because heat will ruin a fabric so quickly and things tend to shrink. In fact, I have a theory that the more I like something, the shorter it will shrink. Anyways, they’re in perfect condition after a wash and they’re comfortable to sleep in. (I did dry Gemma’s and they didn’t shrink and came out great as well.)
