I love my Bala wrist and ankle weights for at-home workouts. They increase the intensity of whatever exercise I’m doing and they’re super comfortable tow ear. Even though I already have a set of their one-pound weights in yellow, I can’t resist this gorgeous peach color for spring and summer. If I use girl math, I don’t feel bad about making the purchase. After all, health and wellness is the best investment, right?

If you’re not familiar with Iota body care products, it’s time to change that. The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse is an iconic French pharmacy product, and for good reason. It’s multi-purpose, leaves the skin feeling petal-soft, and smells incredible. While I’ll always be a fan of the original, I’m upgrading to this shimmer version for spring. It will make my limbs look so glowy in the sun.

These Ere Perez Eye Pencils are so creamy that they never tug or pull on the delicate skin around the eyes. I love so many shades (the sky blue one, called Cerulean, is a long-time favorite), but I’m eyeing the shimmery bronze one lately. I think it’ll create the prettiest spring and summer makeup looks.

I, like so many other people, have learned that rosemary oil can boost hair growth (thanks, TikTok!), which is why I’m dying to get my hands on Wonder Valley’s Rosemary Hair Oil. Use it as a finishing oil or a pre-wash treatment (I’ll use it for both) to remedy dryness, damage, roughness, and breakage. The nutrient-dense formula promises to encourage healthy growth over time.

Hotfix Hair Gems
I need these hair gems for my next event. They’d be perfect for a birthday celebration, a bachelorette party, or even a fun night out. They’re so easy to apply, too. Remove the backing, set them on a section of your hair with the clear label facing forward, and heat them for about 3-5 seconds each with a hair straightener. Remove the clear label, and voilà. You have sparkling hair that even Donna and the Dynamos would be jealous of (IYKYK).
