The BAFTAs, the biggest night in British cinema, took place on Sunday evening, bringing the starriest names from Hollywood to London’s Royal Festival Hall. The likes of Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, Demi Moore, Ariana Grande, and Mikey Madison sat front row as host David Tennant came on singing The Proclaimers’s “500 miles” and Take That performed their 2008 hit “Greatest Day” (what must have they been thinking?). What a sight.
Well, anyway: elsewhere, for the red carpet, there was plenty of beauty inspiration on display. Stars leaned into the old-school Hollywood glamor theme, and looked to legends of the hair and makeup world for help.
