Book a styling session with me. We’ll create new outfits using clothes you already have, and you won’t have to shop for a thing. 🙂
It all started the other day when I watched Dash and Lily on Netflix. Super cute little YA Christmas series.
Lily’s style in the show is so unique and joyful and festive. I thought, “I want to feel festive! I want to inject more holiday magic into my outfits!”
My first idea was to find red boots, like the pair Lily wears in the show. Which then prompted me to try to find a cozy red sweater. Which then reminded me to look for a silver mini skirt. And…well, if you’ve read If You Give a Mouse a Cookie you know exactly how the rest of it went down.
My cart price was getting out of hand, so I pivoted.
I emptied my cart of everything…
…except a bow.
It arrived right before Thanksgiving and now I can’t go a day without wearing it. If it’s not in my hair, it’s on my bag. It feels just as festive and fun as I’d hoped! What a surprising little accessory! I mean, I haven’t worn a bow since first grade? I wouldn’t have really thought of myself as a bow person, but here we are!
I went for a neutral one so I could wear it past the holidays, but I’m definitely about to order this red one and black one too.
So if you want to feel a bit of holiday magic, without spending much at all, get yourself a nice lil’ bow.
