Shein Spring ’25: Acquisitions to Designer Lines

Shein Spring ’25 Preview: Trendshops, Acquisitions, and Designer Collaborations

Fashion lovers, gather ’round! I recently had the opportunity to attend a Shein spring preview event, and let me tell you, the Shein Spring ’25 season is looking hotter than ever. From a new jaw-dropping designer collaboration to exciting new shopping experiences, Shein is pulling out all the stops to keep our wardrobes fresh and fierce.

I popped into the SheinX collab collection preview with Snow Xao Gue, and while the pieces weren’t exactly waving the size-inclusive flag, the burst of color and bold prints were just the jolt of inspiration I needed to start dreaming up some spring slays for my wardrobe. Known for her innovative fusion of Eastern and Western aesthetics, Snow brings a fresh perspective to contemporary fashion. Her designs often feature asymmetrical cuts, delicate florals, and a harmonious blend of structure and fluidity.

Shein’s Trendshops: A New Way to Shop

Ever felt overwhelmed by the endless pages of fashion items online? Enter Shein’s Trendshops—a curated shopping experience designed to make your life easier and your style game stronger. These Trendshops group together the hottest styles, themes, and even newly acquired brands, allowing you to shop by your vibe rather than just by category. It’s like having a personal stylist at your fingertips, guiding you through the latest trends without the hassle of endless scrolling.

What’s even more thrilling is that Shein has integrated some familiar names into these Trendshops. Yes, you heard it right! Missguided and Romwe, two brands that have been close to our curvy hearts, are now part of the Shein family.

Missguided and Romwe: Welcome to the Shein Spring Family

What really got my attention was finding out that plus size faves Missguided and Romwe have officially been scooped up by Shein and folded into these trend shops. That’s huge! Missguided, with its edgy-chic vibe, and Romwe, known for affordable, playful pieces, have long been go-tos for curvy fashionistas looking for cute fits without breaking the bank. Now with Shein’s fast-fashion infrastructure behind them, there’s potential for wider reach, more frequent drops, and—fingers crossed—a renewed commitment to extended sizing. Let’s just say, my cart’s already confused, and it’s not even payday.

While the Snow Xao Gue collab may not have catered to curves, the creativity on display still sparked a much-needed seasonal refresh in my fashion moodboard. The dreamy color palettes, unexpected textures, and playful prints had me mentally styling outfits before the second model hit the runway. Inspiration doesn’t always come in your size—but it can still unlock a new way to express yourself. And honestly, sometimes that’s the spark we need to remix what’s already in our closet.

The real win of the night was discovering Shein Trend Shops. These curated corners of the site bring more structure to Shein’s endless scroll—and the addition of beloved plus size brands like Missguided and Romwe is major. With Shein’s speed and reach behind them, these brands have a chance to not only stay alive but also level up. Now, all we need is a real commitment to size inclusivity within those trend shops because the demand is there, and the girls are ready to shop.

How do you feel about the Shein spring preview? Are you excited to see Missguided and Romwe back on the scene under Shein? Did you already know this tea? Are we late?  Let us know in the comments!
