A Pierce & Ward room has an unmistakable presence. Thoughtfully layered patterns, plush textures, nature-inspired palettes, and handpicked antiques blend old-world charm with a modern ease. Each piece, though plucked from different eras, harmonizes beautifully—creating spaces that feel curated yet comfortable.
The Los Angeles and Nashville-based duo, Louisa Pierce and Emily Ward, have been designing together for 13 years, ever since a chance meeting at a New York City bar turned into an instant partnership—one Ward describes as “winning the lottery.” Known for their celebrity clientele—including Leonardo DiCaprio, Dakota Johnson, Kate Hudson, Emma Roberts (we’re still obsessing over every detail in her Los Angeles “dollhouse”)—they’ve built a signature style rooted in the art of collecting.

Now everyone can bring a little bit of the AD100 designers’ work into their home—no treasure hunt required. On March 31, the designers debut a 100-piece collection with West Elm, capturing the Pierce & Ward essence in an array of coveted, heirloom-worthy pieces.
“Most of the line is vintage-inspired,” Ward shares with Vogue. “We wanted the collection to feel like it wasn’t from one place but could all work in the same home. When we buy, we never know exactly where things will go, but eventually, it all ends up working together. We wanted this collaboration to feel organic to the way we design,” she says.
The collection—which was a year and a half in the making—features stately pieces like a burl wood rounded dining table, velvet dining chairs, and an upholstered channel sofa alongside smaller treasures like a marble side table and striped vanity stool. And, of course, a Pierce & Ward collection wouldn’t be complete without an assortment of pattern-rich pillows, reminiscent to the ones sold in their Los Feliz storefront—ensuring a little something for everyone.
