I’ve been playing around with potential Thanksgiving Day outfits, and this is option one! It’s so good, there might not be an option two. 😉
But anyway, I love this one because it’s super cute, feels low-key festive (that plaid! That rich chocolate brown!) but it’s ultra comfortable. No constricting waistbands! Perfect for eeeatiiing!
I’ve fallen hard for plaid skirts this fall. To my knowledge, they aren’t particularly trendy or anything, but that kinda makes me love them all the more. The skirt I’m wearing is sadly almost sold out. BUT! I got you! Here’s another mini in the exact same brown plaid. It’s so good. And here’s the exact same plaid in a midi length. Also so good.
And, talk about a wardrobe hero — I’ve had this sweater from Everlane for *checks notes* SIX years now. I’ve worn it more some years and less some years, but it’s a piece that has served me so well.
So tell me, what are you thinking of wearing for Thanksgiving? Does comfort come first, or do you dress up a bit more? Do you have a go-to holiday outfit formula or color palette? I’d love to hear about it! Let me know in the comments below.
