We made it to March!
The birds are happily chirping, the sun feels clearer and brighter, and the spring equinox is on the horizon!
As I look back over February, I’m feeling extra grateful. For the past 28 days, I decided to get dressed each morning by using a new outfit prompt. It was a simple practice that had a pretty profound effect on me.
It reminded me that trying new things, no matter how big or small, is one way to feel alive and in touch with my life. Which is no trivial thing when uncertainty and heaviness just make you want to tune out.
