The 2025 Golden Globes kicked off the new year strong with plenty of fashion moments—from Zendaya’s homage to Joyce Bryant to Jeremy Strong’s turquoise velvet Loro Piana suit. But it was the jewelry that stole the show.
While Zendaya came equipped with an eye-catching Bvlgari necklace that boasted 48 carats of diamonds and a center tourmaline, it was another piece of jewelry that got everyone talking: a ring on that finger. The east-west diamond set in gold immediately sparked engagement rumors, though Z is keeping us on the edge of our seats.
Elsewhere, statement necklaces ruled the roost. Salma Hayek sent jaws to the floor in a Lorraine Schwartz necklace (and earrings and ring!) made of brilliant Colombian emeralds. Selena Gomez accessorized her pale blue Prada number with Tiffany & Co.—most notably an 18 carat necklace with a diamond drop pendant—while Anya Taylor-Joy wore the label’s resplendent opal and diamond necklace to compliment her archival Dior dress. Anna Sawai opted for a multi-strand Cartier gold and diamond choker from 1996, and Elle Fanning matched her leopard print dress to her Panthère de Cartier necklace.
But the small, thoughtful details were just as eye-catching. Emma Stone wore an ornate earpiece over her cartilage while Angelina Jolie’s dangling rings were in perfect step with her bejeweled Alexander McQueen dress. The men also dressed to impress: Adrien Brody wore an oversized brooch on his Thom Browne suit while Colman Domingo rocked two pinkie rings and Kieran Culkin accessorized his beaded bracelets and temporary tattoos with a Tiffany & Co. brooch.
