All of a sudden — IT’S FALL!
Okay, it’s actually false fall. It’s that moment when the first brisk breeze whooshes through town, and everything in your mind turns to sweaters and cups of coffee and candles and Gilmore Girls. *contented sigh*
BUT NOT SO FAST. It’ll be sunscreen and swimming pool weather again within the week.
Oh well. Since I’m pro-summer and (slowly turning) pro-fall, I’m good either way.
But today, I’m going to enjoy false fall, and dress in a slightly darker color palette. Black tee + brown tote. Love that combo!
Woven totes like this usually feel more appropriate for summertime, but since this one’s in that gorgeous chocolate hue, it’s a key transitional piece for me this fall. I’m so glad I picked it up this spring!
