Next up: Claire Thomson-Jonville, Head of Editorial Content at Vogue France. Her career began with an unexpected twist—studying law at the University of Edinburgh—before an exchange at the Sorbonne led to a connection with the founders of Self Service magazine. In 2018, Thomson-Jonville launched CTJ Creative, a consultancy that reshaped digital strategy and creative direction for fashion and beauty brands, and in 2020 she was appointed editorial director of i-D France, and last September she joined the Vogue network as Global Contributing Editor. Her debut, “La Renaissance du Chic” (December 2024/January 2025), photographed by Mert & Marcus and styled by Alastair McKimm, marked a bold and elegant new chapter for Vogue France.
