Gigi Hadid doesn’t care what you think of mixing metals. The model kicked off Paris Fashion Week at Le Grand Dîner du Louvre, where she wore a floor-sweeping sweetheart dress with three metallic panels Frankensteined together. She joined the likes of Keira Knightley, Dev Patel, and Justine Triet—all dressed in their finery to celebrate the museum’s Louvre Couture exhibition.
One zig-zagging piece of the dress was stitched with silver chainmail and featured an off-the-shoulder sleeve. The middle portion of the dress, which stretched from her left bust to her right leg, was coated in yellow and white rhinestones. The final third was embroidered with bronze beaded fringe to create a dynamic tri-color look. (With her platinum hair, could we technically call it four metals?)

Hadid’s jewelry choices matched her all-inclusive stance on metallics. She layered a handful of necklaces, including a white gold Anita Ko tennis necklace, a gold evil eye, and a large gold heart pendant that hung down her sternum. Even her oversized earrings featured alternating bands of yellow and white gold.
The model arrived on the arm of former Moschino designer Jeremy Scott, who also chose to play with metallics. Scott wore a full-length black coat with silver and gold bars embroidered onto the lapels, which he layered over a double-breasted black suit jacket (sans undershirt), black shorts, and knee-high boots.
