Nosferatu isn’t even out yet, but Emma Corrin and Harry Lambert have already rolled out another lively press tour. With a mixture of gothic glamour and boundary-pushing new designers, the duo offered a dynamic interpretation of period-inspired fashion and Corrin’s own personal style.
For the day-to-day looks, Lambert wanted to lean into Corrin’s more masculine side, as well as their casual sense of style. (Corrin could throw on a hoodie and make it look editorial, Lambert proclaims.) It also served as an opportunity to highlight smaller brands, including All-In Studio, Conner Ives, Macy Lily Grimshaw, S.S. Daley, Hodakova, and ERL.
While the film didn’t have the endless formalwear opportunities, the duo made the most out of the three red carpets. “We wanted something that felt like a nod to the film in terms of ruffles and a sense of romanticism,” Lambert says. “But what is the modern version of those costumes?” The pair settled on three distinct looks for the red carpets: a color-blocked lace Saint Laurent dress, a sheer pastel yellow McQueen, and a custom black sequined Miu Miu.
Lambert describes the Saint Laurent dress, from the brand’s spring 2025 show, as “an easy pick,” thanks to its “sickly, acidy colors and lace.” He was struck by that same assuredness when it came to the McQueen look from Seán McGirr’s spring 2025 collection. “I remember seeing that on the runway and just knowing that was the dress Emma would wear for one of the premieres,” he says. “There’s a sense of romanticism and nostalgia. There’s such power to it, such sexuality and strength.” And the custom Miu Miu offered a collaborative experience for Corrin and Lambert. “We sent loads of references over of old black-and-white photographs and old bonnets,” he says of the swimming costume-esque dress with a sheer black overlay and fishnet headpiece.
“They feel, weirdly, the most red carpet we’ve done, but at the same time have the most impact for me,” Lambert says. “There’s just a sense of glamour and chicness, and I really felt like Emma looked like a Hollywood star.”
