Call me old-school, but I love New Year planning and goal-setting. Rather than making me feel overwhelmed or self-deprecating, these attainable intentions (rather than resolutions) make me feel excited and confident about what’s to come. Every year, I jot down three to five things I’d like to focus on or improve in the New Year. It could be something as small as “spend more time outdoors” or “try a new recipe once a week.” Although, there’s always one or two related to my beauty, wellness, and self-care routine.
