Holiday Monster Bark Recipe

Ingredients:
Dry roasted, lightly salted peanuts
Pretzel sticks
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch chips
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp half + half
Sprinkles
M&Ms
Crushed candy canes
Mini marshmallows

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Layer with peanuts and pretzels. Melt your milk chocolate and butterscotch chips together with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. In another bowl melt your semisweet chocolate chips (I also added some white peppermint chips!) with 1 tbsp coconut oil. When almost melted add a splash of half and half and incorporate. Spread both chocolates on top of your peanuts and pretzels. The semisweet batch will be thicker and requires you to get your fingers a bit dirty but it’s worth it! This is the fudgy cookie layer 🍫

Top with all of your favorite toppings – I used Christmas sprinkles, m&ms, crushed candy cane and mini peppermint marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before chopping into bark pieces! Enjoy!
