If Merit’s makeup and skin-care products reimagine how the modern woman does her glam, its first perfume does the same with fragrance. To do so, the brand tapped French perfumer Fanny Bal, who after 200 iterations landed on Retrospect L’Extrait de Parfum. It has a vintage feel and the scent sort of changes with you throughout the day.
