Nicola Peltz Beckham has unveiled her own version of her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham’s trademark look—and she took her cues from the Spice Girls era. Nicola, who recently attended the launch of her husband Brooklyn’s new hot sauce brand with a lengthy high ponytail, showed off her chop in an Instagram snap taken in a gas station parking lot. The actor’s dark hair is now almost chin-length, styled straight with a center parting. Between the hair, the sunglasses, and the skinny black vest top, she could almost be an off-duty VB captured between takes on the set of the “Say You’ll Be There” video.
After years of wearing her hair in long waves that tumbled over her color-block dresses and sharp-shouldered blazers, Victoria also returned to a version of her signature bob. In her early days in the spotlight, the then Posh Spice was as synonymous with her poker straight bob as she was with little black dresses and the “finger gun” dance move. In 2024, it’s a softer look: a touch longer, with a gentle wave and a smattering of highlights through the ends.
Nicola’s new look comes just months after she was photographed wearing Victoria’s famous Dolce & Gabbana leather biker jacket from the spring/summer 2001 collection. When it comes to finding fashion and beauty inspiration, it seems Peltz Beckham finds ample inspo close to home.
