Do you ever wonder what Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short find to talk about between takes on the set of Only Murders in the Building? Well, wonder no more: The three co-stars joined forces recently for Vogue’s latest episode of Off the Cuff, and their banter is both delightful and weirdly soothing, like listening to your coolest cousin shoot the breeze with two of your favorite uncles.
“She’s more of a professional than both of us,” Martin insists to Short at one point in the video, commemorating the return of the trio’s Upper West Side-set dramedy. Short, Martin, and Gomez also laugh it up over their at-home rituals—think sponge baths, but I won’t disclose which one of the group is into them—favorite roles, and their most memorable audition experiences. (Remember the astronaut-beloved drink Tang? Fun fact: Short has done a commercial for it.)
