I can’t explain the overwhelming need I have had for years to pair my look with the right scent. This winter is no different. I’ve been known for my knack for creating outfit collages with corresponding fragrances over on my Instagram and now-defunct blog, so I thought, Why not give it a whirl here? With that in mind, I set out to create a roundup of chic winter outfits along with perfumes that perfectly embody each curated mix of pieces.
As always, putting together digital outfit inspiration can be bittersweet. The curation brings me such an intrinsic satisfaction, yet I am left wanting to add every last piece to my cart, which my budget unfortunately does not allow for. For this set of winter looks, it’s all about elevated coats set alongside effortless sweaters, cool jeans, and standout shoes and bags—complete with a standout winter scent that brings the whole ensemble together. Keep scrolling to discover and shop each covetable outfit-and-fragrance pairing.

I’m obsessed with this scent and use the lotion daily. It’s warm, comforting, and incredibly pretty. Missing Person immediately came to mind when I came across the neutral scarf sweater that is featured in this ensemble.

The Fragrance: Byredo Oud Immortel
BYREDO
Oud Immortel Eau de Parfum
A Nordstrom reviewer aptly described this fragrance: “This is a real sophisticated winter perfume. One spray lasts a good long while, and if you spray twice people will be able to smell you as you walk past on the street. I absolutely adore this fragrance during the colder months.” That’s exactly the vibe that came to mind when I was putting together this elevated, casual outfit, which is perfect for running errands and weekend outings.

Eidesis Eau de Parfum
A Bloomingdale’s reviewer raves that Eidesis is a “beautiful fragrance with just the right amount of depth and warmth without being too heady.” This perfectly embodies the corresponding outfit thanks to the understated elegance that it exudes from the sumptuous camel coat paired with an unassuming cardigan and denim.
