At the premiere of Bread & Roses, Jennifer Lawrence slipped into a black archival Christian Lacroix number, and its billowy silhouette lent itself perfectly to draping over her bump. At the premiere of Horizon, Maya Erskine donned a white skirt and an unbuttoned cardigan that proudly displayed her bump—a styling move that Rihanna made her signature when she was expecting last year. There was something in the air this year that made stars more willing to experiment and have more fun with their maternity looks. And why shouldn’t they?
