Back in September of this year, Kendall Jenner debuted “Carolyn Bassette-Kennedy” blonde. “It took me two days to take her this gorgeous shade of golden blonde,” celebrity colorist Jenna Perry told Vogue about the change she worked on for Jenner. “She is really inspired by the ’90s and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy right now.”
